Shooting the Moon (on a Learning Curve)

This series of shots shows the Moon over the past ten days, and also represents a learning curve for the photographer.

January 16, learning about chasing the moon across the sky!
January 18, trying not to over-expose the image.
January 23, still learning about shutter speed and ISO settings.
January 25 immediately after sunset, and getting closer to the desired quality of photo.

“When I look at your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have set in place, what is man that you are mindful of him, and the son of man that you care for him?” Psalm 8:3-4
